The Work

HealthLinks Marketing built a patient acquisition campaign for Coastal Vascular & Vein Center, anchored around symptom-first messaging. Rather than lead with clinical terms or procedures, the campaign leads with symptom recognition, targeting patients who dismiss leg pain, heaviness, swelling, and varicose veins as normal aging rather than a treatable condition, and moves them step by step toward booking a consult.

The funnel runs from billboard and outdoor advertising through a purpose-built, single-action landing page featuring a 60-second vein quiz, then into consult booking and retargeting for anyone who does not convert.

Our Approach

Every tactic in the campaign fed the next. The billboard planted the symptom question in front of the widest possible audience, then the programmatic and social ads funneled that curiosity into a single landing page built to do one thing: get people into the vein quiz. The quiz turned a passive visitor into a qualified lead by capturing their symptoms and contact info in the moment. From there, anyone who booked a consult moved into the practice’s scheduling system, and anyone who did not got picked back up by retargeting ads within 30 days. The branding ran through every stage, from the billboard to the social posts to the landing page hero, so the campaign felt like one continuous experience instead of a set of disconnected ads.
